All questionsWhat does each pass include?
Every pass covers all talks and the hands-on workshops. Each pass card lists what else it includes, such as refreshments or meals.
Are there discounts or free passes?
Yes. Groups of three or more get 30% off with code GROUP30, and reposting the conference on LinkedIn or X gets 25% off. Senior managers and above can attend free: email us a link to your LinkedIn profile. Volunteers get a free Silver Pass.

Your tickets and invoice arrive by email as PDFs, with one QR code per ticket. Show it on your phone or on paper at the registration desk. You can download both again from your account at any time.
Your accountCan I get a refund or transfer my pass?
Refunds are available up to 60 days before the conference. After that we'll credit your pass toward the next edition. Transfers to a colleague are fine: just email us before the event.
