Timeline of Talk Approval Process
The Call for speakers opens on August 25th, 2024. We aim to give a response within 3 weeks. The conference website will be updated with the speaker information once your talk is accepted. We aim to have as equal a distribution across the 12 segments (shown below) as possible, so keep this in mind if your talk is not accepted.
Conference Talk Format

Keynote Talk - 35-45 minutes, depending on the Keynote slot

Conference Talk - 20-30 minutes depending on the number of speakers and time of sessions

All Day Workshop - 5-6 hours split into a morning and evening session. Once again, the workshop instructor must be very clear about the computing requirements needed.
